We propose measures to reduce the energy performance of the building, we carry out inspections of air-conditioning systems according to Act No. 406/2000 Coll. on energy management. These services are intended especially for building owners and operators, as well as for service and design companies.
Act No. 406/2000 Coll. on energy management obliges building owners to ensure regular inspection of the air-conditioning system with an electric power input of more than 12 kW.
The manner and frequency of inspections is set by Decree No. 193/2013 Coll. on the inspection of air-conditioning systems:
- For air conditioning systems with an electric power input of 12-100 kW, the first inspection is 10 years after commissioning
- For air conditioning systems with an electric power input above 100 kW, the first inspection is 4 years after commissioning
The inspection covers air conditioning systems that regulate the indoor environment for the use of persons.
This is not a check for refrigerant leakage according to Regulation No. 517/2014 Coll
